WARRANTY AND REFUND CONDITIONS 

Warranty Conditions 

All are under our warranty, as long as there is no user error. In order for the warranty conditions to be valid, be sure to check the product during cargo delivery. When you see a damage, keep a record and do not take the product. Warranty is not covered in these situations; any changes made on the product, deforming the product or deterioration of the original design of the product. 

Product Return Conditions 

You can return the product you purchased through our site within 15 days from the day it is delivered to you, and you can exchange it within 30 days. Following this information, the faulty product that you will send it to us with the cargo company will be replaced with a new one. If the ordered product error occurred due to customer’s usage or if the product has been used within 15 days, the product will not be returned or exchanged. As per the conditions of product return and replacement, the practices are essential in accordance with the Law No. 4077 on Consumer Protection. Shipping fees and expenses for overseas returns belong to the buyer.

If the orders created within the scope of free shipping for international orders are canceled/returned and the remaining amount does not meet the €150/$170 condition, the shipping fee is deducted from the product price to be returned.
