bursaipek.com.tr is open to all its members. The services provided on the Site are free of charge unless otherwise indicated.
In the following written cases, the site management may prevent the member from using the site and reserves the legal rights of the person or persons involved in the following initiatives:
1.a. Registration of information on the site that contains false, irregular, incomplete and misleading information, statements that do not comply with the general code of ethics and contradict the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
1.b. Unauthorized partial or complete copying of the Site content.
1.c. The User is directly responsible for any damages arising from the sharing of information such as user name, password, usage rights, which are given to the users or determined by them, with third parties or organizations. (the use of this information by people other than the user). In the same way, the User cannot use someone else's personal information such as IP address, e-mail address, user name in the Internet environment, or access or use other users' private information without permission. In this way, the user is considered to have accepted any legal and criminal liability that may arise from such use.
1.d. The use of software that will threaten the security of the site and prevent the operation of the site and the software used, to carry out activities, to try to do and to obtain, delete, change information.

While the user is using bursaipek.com.tr site and its services, they agree to comply with the Turkish Penal Code, the Turkish Commercial Code, the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works, the Law on the Protection of Trademark and Patent Rights, Decrees and legal regulations, the Law of Obligations, other relevant legislation provisions and all kinds of announcements and notifications to be published regarding bursaipek.com.tr services. All legal, criminal and financial liability that may arise due to these notices and illegal use belongs to the User.
3.d. If it is determined that the User does not comply with the obligations specified in this contract or the general rules stated on bursaipek.com.tr, the User's use of bursaipek.com.tr may be prevented and / or closed by bursaipek.com.tr temporarily or indefinitely.
3.e. The user cannot take actions to prevent or make it difficult for other users and visitors to use bursaipek.com.tr, nor can they install automatic programs and force / lock servers or databases. They can't try to cheat. They accept that their membership will be terminated if it is found, or any legal and criminal liability that may arise from the situation.
3.g. The user can not delete or remove the copyright, trademark and all kinds of Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works from any material copied or printed from bursaipek.com.tr.
3.h. Membership cancellation and account deletion can be done by the user on bursaipek.com.tr. The login authority of the user who ends his / her membership will be cancelled. The person who cancels his / her membership accepts that this process is irreversible.
3.j. It is the responsibility of the users of the Site to have relationships with each other or with third parties.
3.m. Different rules and obligations specific to that section may be specified in certain parts of the site. Persons and organizations using these sections are considered to have accepted these rules in advance.
3.n. Please read the "Privacy Policy" section to read the measures we take to protect the personal information and privacy of our users and our general policy in this regard.
3.o The user accepts and undertakes that the payment information (credit card, GSM number information, etc.) to be used in purchases made on the site is correct and that the legal and criminal responsibilities arising from these belong to him.
4. Notification Addresses
4.a. bursaipek.com.tr does not request mail addresses from its users in advance. However, the e-mail address that the user notifies to bursaipek.com.tr is accepted as the e-mail from which the legal address will be requested for any notification to be made regarding this contract.
4.b. If the parties do not notify the other party in writing within 3 (three) days of the changes in their current e-mails, they agree that the requests made to the old e-mails will be valid and will be considered to have been made to them.
4.c. Again, any notification made by bursaipek.com.tr using the registered e-mail address of the user will be considered to be received by the user 1 (one) day after the e-mail is sent by bursaipek.com.tr. The user declares, accepts and undertakes that they have read, understood and accepted all of the articles in this participation agreement and confirms the accuracy of the information that they have given about them.
